The Wave exerperiment started of being a class experiment hike rapidly expanded around the whole school. The experiment Mr. Ross, the report teacher conducts is an attempt to teach his class about how it may have been living in Nazi Germany. Ben Ross is a unripe and respected teacher. All of his students speak genuinely highly of him.
